A base build cart is a stock cart that has had a rear seat added, heavy-duty rear springs to accomodate additional passengers and cargo, and been inspected and detailed.

Full Build
A full build cart has a multitude of upgrades that can consist of
Suspension, wheels, tires, tinted windshield, mirrors, deluxe lighting package, seat covers, rear seat, new body kit.
Optional: Upgrade from lead-acid to lithium batteries to improve range and consistent power.
