Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to customize a golf cart?

The customization process typically takes 2-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design. Most of our clients select one of our pre-customized carts that are in inventory.

Do you offer maintenance services for all types of carts?

We do not currently provide maintenance services.

Can you make carts go faster?

We do not currently offer speed upgrades for carts. For Club Car 48 volt carts, you can go to an authorized dealer and purchase a speed code upgrade. This unlocks the motor controller and allows speeds of around 20 MPH. (Note, if you intend to operate your cart legally on public streets, to be compliant it must not exceed 20 MPH.)

What is the Warranty

We offer a 2 month warranty labor for parts we install.

For carts with stock batteries, we offer a 30 day warranty to replace an individual battery with a like battery.

For carts with new batteries we installed as an authorized dealer, we offer a 90 day warranty on labor. The manufacturer warranty is registered to you as the cart owner and varies between manufacturers.
